She is the most amazing professional that I’ve met since returning to the northern neck in 2002. I was faced with a very tight window for completing this decorating project for a family reunion/pool party. Jo rose to the occasion with such a positive attitude and such awesome suggestions. We found her to be very knowledgeable on various types of flooring and even suggested we purchase a flooring that was slightly less than what we originally picked because of our dogs. She was very frank about our expectations on the flooring. The crew was wonderful to work with, they arrived on time, got straight to work, they even vacuumed our new floors. We only did one room with them this time but we will definitely be doing more business with them and telling our friends.”

“The work was to brick point, or fill in missing mortar. What I didn’t like most was that He Required a deposit to get on his schedule. He also Then took a long time to show up to do the work and was flaky until I posted a poor review. He took from May to October to even come out and we had to call him multiple times. However, his work looks good and he cleans his work site daily. He found several cracks to fill in our brick mortar and filled them. He takes his time and does quality work. He was easy to work with as far as talking to him, but he could have given a more realistic start date to manage our expectations of the completion date. I would recommend him, but warn that you need to get on his schedule early and follow up regularly.”
