Had went to TNTT youth group retreat here or related. Think they were mostly nice. Beautiful church I would say.
Nice location, not a big church, safe.
Small but welcoming church for Vietnamese in greater Richmond metro. Financed and built with great effort by former beloved monsignor Joseph Xuan Thang Pham, the Vietnamese Catholics finally got their own church to worship God.
A great Catholic and cultural gathering place, the statuary in the outside grounds is good for a contemplative walk. This is a faith-filled church of mostly Vietnamese Catholics. Frequent host of Knights of Columbus meetings and events.
As you might guess, this Church provides mass in Vietnamese. It is a Roman Catholic Church, part of the Diocese of Richmond. I particularly like this church because they offer Vietnamese language and writing instruction for young children. Classes are offered two children of all abilities on Sunday afternoons. The methodology is very old school, emphasizing lots and lots of repetition. I guess you might say their philosophy is, if it isn't broke don't fix it. The Vietnamese priest here is another bright spot of the church. He is very friendly and welcoming to all people, not just his parishioners. The only negative thing I have to say is that of the parishioners are not as friendly or welcoming to strangers.
