(November 6, 2022, 10:21 pm)They were very professional and knowledgeable. I'm happy with my new HVAC. Only issue I had with them was they were late twice for two different appointment. It was a little convenient. They didn't show up at the two hour time frame that we agreed on. The contractors really do take pride in their work though. Jerrel took his time, explained some nuances to me, and ensured wiring and everything else were to standard.

(June 26, 2022, 9:48 am)I bought my first house recently. Unfortunately it came with a nonopperable AC unit that was 20 years old. I called Micheal & Son back in February to get it fixed so I can get ahead of the summer rush. They booked me the next day at a time convenient to my schedule and showed up on time with no wait! The technician Vinnie was clean and professional. After diagnosing what was wrong with my system, he explained it in terms I could understand and let me know I would need a new system. That same day the Hampton manager Curry personally came to my house to do the estimate on my system and climbed into my 20 degree attic to evaluate the situation. He let me know I would need a new system as soon as possible and gave me finance options so I wouldnt have to pay for it all upfront!!! I cant thank them enough for how timely and proffesional they all were. I now only recommend Michael & Son to my friends, family, and co-workers! It is now June and my AC unit is running strong on these 100 degree days , and this is coming from a person who keeps their home like Antarctica!
