I was leery of buying a vehicle in another city. Before calling, I decided to check out the google reviews. I kept seeing the name MATT WEBER. I was going to ask for Matt, then decided to leave it up to fate. When I called, to my surprise Matt picked up the line. I am so glad he did. Matt went above and beyond. He confirmed the vehicle was available. I advised I was picking up a rental to get there. We set up a time for me to view and test drive the vehicle. He communicated with me until my arrival. Upon arrival Matt greeted me with direct eye contact, a smile and handshake. I don’t like my time wasted. The vehicle was ready for me. Matt completely put me at ease during the test drive, while pointing out features of the vehicle. Matt was very kind and patient, while answering all of my questions.
