Jennifer did a phenomenal job with my mothers hearing aids. She was patient, kind & took lots of time to explain everything to my elderly mother. The customer service is amazing.

I brought my Dad in to get a hearing test and to see if he possibly needed to get hearing aids. Just as I suspected, he was in dire need of some help although I knew he was afraid to hear that. Ashland Hearing Aid Center treated my dad like family, explained every single thing he needed to know, answered all of his and my questions, and actually made him feel good about having to get them! I felt compelled to write this review and will absolutely be referring all my family and friends here because we received such world class and personalized service, and we will definitely be returning to get regular checks and to purchase hearing aids in the future!
