“Mac’s is the most thorough repair shop I’ve ever used, and yet remains one of the more affordable options I have as well. They have found and fixed issues that my dealership and other shops have missed. I’m a huge fan of the video and picture text system that they use. You will see documentation of each issue as clear as day before authorizing the repair, along with an explanation of that part’s impact on the rest of the car. I put a lot of miles on my car and depend on it to make a 200 mile round trip commute twice a week, and Mac’s is the only shop I plan on letting touch my car from here on out. “Fast turn around. I feel the difference in my drive after they upgraded my oil and replaced my air filter. If there is a discount in their system, they have always been quick to find it for me in the 20+ years I have been coming to Jiffy Lube. They have a military discount, and you should always check their current promotions on Groupon before coming in. The folks were professional and "on point" when I came in to service my vehicle the other day. There is a Wawa gas station and a Sonic fast food restaurant in the parking area this location resides in. So, it's pretty easy to grab something to eat while you wait for their team member to call you and let you know your car is ready. 5/5 stars. Zack 06/07/2022”

“From start to finish my experience with Ferber Tire and Auto was professional and courteous. I called, made an appointment quickly. I brought the car at the designated day and time and quickly checked in. A few hours later I received an email of other issues that would need to handled in the near future. Everything was easy to read and understand as far as what was needed and what the price would be. I confirmed online what I wanted to be done and declined the work that could be held off. “I've been going to this shop for a few years now and I've gotten everything done from fixing a harmonic balancer on an Acura RSX-S, getting new tires for an Integra, to getting a fully custom welded catback exhaust system for my Infiniti Q50. Johnny is an awesome service manager that will talk to you about everything on your car as if you are just as knowledgeable as their very skilled mechanics. Mark does amazing work all around, but more specifically I have been overwhelmingly impressed with his welds and fabrication when it comes to getting exhaust work done. I actually walked in with a picture I drew of how I wanted my custom exhaust system to be and they made it exactly how I wanted it, even with a slightly improved setup over my sketch-up; so - if you can dream of an exhaust setup, they can and will build it. I'm a bit of a DIY car guy myself and these guys take care of the work that I don't have time to do or lack knowledge to do. With that being said, everytime I take my car to a shop, the first thing is do is double check all the work I had done and I'm always impressed with the work Economy auto care center does - and I definitely can't say that about any other auto shop I've been to in the RVA area. I could go on and write a much longer review about this place and how superior it is compared to other local shops I've been to, but; bottom line is - go to Econony Auto Care Center if you want fast, affordable and reliable work done and if you want to get the job done right the first time.
