“I've been working out at the Patrick Henry YMCA for going on two years now, and it has been an awesome experience. With help from DJ, Jake, Kenny, Lisa, and the other supportive and knowledgeable trainers, I've gotten a lot fitter and stronger, and I feel much better about myself. The fitness room is extremely well equipped, and the new rubber floors are a big improvement. I've also met a lot of great people who, like me, hit the gym as often as they can. I think that the YMCA is an invaluable community service, especially for stressed-out college students.”

“I loved how wonderful the staff and management was here. I moved across the states for work, from Nevada to Ashland, Virginia. I stayed there 2weeks while waiting on my townhouse. I arrived exhausted and stressed never knowing how long my stay would be. They were very accommodating to me and my pup. Forever grateful!”

“Looking for a place to have lunch on our way south from Florence and happened upon this establishment. We had eggplant parmigiana, baked ravioli, salad and garlic knots which were so light and tasty! The restaurant was very clean, staff friendly and helpful with menu and very reasonable prices. We met the owners and had a wonderful conversation, felt like we were visiting relatives!! This is a great place to stop, the town is quiet and it’s easy access for I-95. We will definitely be visiting here on our next trip north.”

“It was all right you could tell that the fish had already been cooked and they dropped it back in to get rewarmed. The hush puppies are kind of hard, but it was good dinner and I got coleslaw with it really good iced tea lady that was at the front register a young woman she was very polite very nice to me”

“Dr. Grey was Fantastic. A short wait. They fit my scheduling needs for appointment times. I was here on 12/31/19. He eased my anxieties about my condition with my ???? and the trouble I have been having with my eyesight lately. His patient side manner is excellent. I would refer anyone here for a wonderful experience.I will be returning and we have a treatment plan in progress for my eye care troubles to fit my needs. Front desk was very polite as well. I finally found an eye Dr. After two years of searching in Virginia, they take my insurance too.They also had Toys and books , little candies to entertain the kids when you come for an appointment. This helped a lot.”

“My previous, longtime eyecare provider (Walmart which shall not be named), suddenly closed with no prospects of re-opening. I went to another Walmart (which shall not be named) who completely ignored my glaucoma symptoms. Dr. Noble is a dedicated professional who is extremely knowledgeable and thorough re: eye care. I am 1000% certain he has saved me from further vision damage. All staff are a pleasure to work with. I'm cannot recommend them enough!”

“My family and I stopped by Thanksgiving morning as we traveled to Maryland. Restuarant was a little busy but we stayed anyways. Our waitress Jasmine were the best. She was very patience with us and served us with care. The quality and quantity of the food was great. If ever in the area again I am pleased to say we will be back.”

“I love Panera Bread especially since they are now in Ashland Virginia. The service was wonderful. And as always they have a wonderful breakfast. So many to pick from. One of my favorite is the everything bagel whipped cream cheese. And I love the dark roast coffee. They have various teas to pick from. Herbal, black, absolutely wonderful.”
