They also don't try to gouge us by looking for any minor detail they can find as an excuse for charging more. If tires are worn, they caution you, but don't try to push new ones on you prematurely.”

“Long story short, my husband and I picked up my car from the body shop only to end up at Autozone with a dead battery and a corroded terminal an hour and a half later. The amazing people (Cle and Tyler B.) at AutoZone stayed with us and attempted to get the old terminal off to put a new one on for close to an hour, even bringing us trash bags to cover up my windows that no longer could go up when it started to rain. When the general manager (Cle) realized my car required electrical work, she spent 20 minutes calling around to see if any shop was still open (at 8:00 on a Friday night) to help us. She ended up getting a hold of someone who showed up in 5 minutes and saved the day. Those wonderful people did not need to take all of that time (over 2 hours on a Friday night) to make sure that my husband and I were okay and that my car was fixed, but they did with smiles on their faces. I can’t say enough good things about AutoZone. If you need an auto parts store, head to AutoZone off 360 in Mechanicsville. There are still good people in the world.”

“I love coming here. Im a customer that comes in on a daily bases. The manager Don is very sweet. They always greet me in the mornings! Sometimes its not as fast of service but they try to get fast service when its humanly possible. Only rude customers seem to be reviewing bc i know a lot of customers are rude at this store. I also would like to say that your employee Justin is awesome!! He makes sure he greets you, is always ready at checkout, makes fresh food and fresh coffee at dinner or a little past dinner. Very nice customer service and you should take good care of him!! Thank You!!”

“A great place to get almost anything you need! They have many aisles with items from candy to movies and ice cream to cleaning products. The staff were courteous and helpful when I visited yesterday afternoon. I was able to find what I needed quickly and got back on the road. The only thing to know is that to use the bathroom here, you have to ask someone at the register for a key. I’ll definitely be back by here next time I’m in the area!”

The second time was to get my son's tires balanced. This time the price was good and they did a good job but the man who helped us was not very friendly. He wanted like we were bothering him. I would go back there again but if Mr. Unhappy is still the same, it will be my time.”
