I tried a free adult class at taekwondo works one night, and that was all it took. I was hooked. Everyone is so kind, helpful, encouraging and empowering. I was hesitant to venture to a class in the first place cause I was always afraid whether I would fit in, could afford it, or would feel any sort of accomplishment from the class.

Well, I achieved all the above! The moment you walk in the folks are absolutely welcoming, always ready to provide a boost of confidence and laughter. Have I mentioned how patient everyone is?
And the workout?! Holy wow! I’ve never sweat so much in my life! But boy do I feel great afterwards. I’m learning so much about myself, my body, and how to handle situations in which one would hope they’d never have to face. And I’m having an absolute blast!

Would absolutely recommend Craig and Taekwondo Works! You won’t regret it.

Taekwondo Works has been such an amazing experience for my son. He loves going, has grown more confident in so many different areas of life and it's been incredible to watch him learn, grow, and flourish. Taekwondo Works is a great martial arts school. My son started out with traditional taekwondo quite a few years ago. He spent a couple years in the after school program as well. He’s also been competing in Olympic style sparring here for about 5 years now. He loves it! Master Craig Simpson, Alexa, David and Chris are all incredible instructors and coaches!

This privately owned, family run business has patient, knowledgeable and caring staff that will help you achieve your goals while having fun. Build up a sweat as you build your confidence. 5 stars a around!

Great, experienced instructors. Craig, David, Alexis, and Chris are all great. Nice, family run establishment. Very, reasonably priced. It costs me $40 less per month then our previous martial arts studio. My 7 yr old has 8 pack abs, I accredit it to the workout he gets at taekwondo works! :)
