I tried a free adult class at taekwondo works one night, and that was all it took. I was hooked. Everyone is so kind, helpful, encouraging and empowering. I was hesitant to venture to a class in the first place cause I was always afraid whether I would fit in, could afford it, or would feel any sort of accomplishment from the class. Well, I achieved all the above! The moment you walk in the folks are absolutely welcoming, always ready to provide a boost of confidence and laughter. Have I mentioned how patient everyone is?
