“These subs are always great tasting. I know many people like Mike's way, but I prefer to add the banana peppers, extra peppers, for that added zing. The fresh bread makes a difference. I highly recommend that people consider ordering ahead of time. It makes for pick up to be fast and seemless. Great staff works here. They are usually friendly. No say usually, because sometimes they are so busy, it is a challenge to keep up. But, that is the consequence of a superior product. Highly recommend ... YUM!”

“Love the products but don't expect any help when they have sale items and none in stock. Had Cust service person get rude and snippy when I asked about rain checks but Dept. Manager came up and issued rain check and apologized after the Cust service rep tried to make me look like i was difficult. Now, just wish the gun counter had ample service during the week and when an ad says that promo products are available at their merged entity they would train them on what it is and how to distribute it.”

“I had to leave the one right outside of Richmond at 1am because my family didn't feel safe there and it seemed like the employees didn't really care or make any attempt to make the situation better. However when we got to the one in Ashland we felt 100% better about everything the gentleman that helped us was so sweet and friendly. All the doors leading into the building required a room key which now that I'm saying it sounds crazy that I need to even mention it but the one we left seemed to not be on top of their security. Anyway this chain of hotels totally redeemed themselves with their Ashland establishment.”
