Good use of email and texting. The big chains no longer schedule appointments for state inspections, I appreciate the ability to do so as I needed to wait with my vehicle. Only complaint is "where do I park" but I understand the popularity of the business given the quality of service received. My new "go to" for service.”

“Life saver. Literally driving during a snowstorm and my wiper blade brakes off! Drove for 2 miles with limited visibility looking for a auto parts store when I noticed this location. I get my oil change regularly at a different location, but this will work too. Got the new blade and oil change and we were on our way. Unexpected visit, but a damn good one”

“My mother's car was rear ended and required a new bumper. The generic bumper required by insurance didn't fit, so Mechanicsville P&B had to order a second bumper. My mother had difficulty finding a ride to pick up her car due to the delay, and Audra Morgan at Mechanicsville P&B offered to come pick her up and give her a ride to the shop. My mother was so grateful to Audra for going FAR beyond the call of duty and helping her this way. The car looked like new. This shop did an outstanding job and has exceptional customer service.
