The service was not only great but caring seeing to our needs and wants. They made us feel like we were old time customers who they were always glad to see. “These subs are always great tasting. I know many people like Mike's way, but I prefer to add the banana peppers, extra peppers, for that added zing. The fresh bread makes a difference. I highly recommend that people consider ordering ahead of time. It makes for pick up to be fast and seemless. Great staff works here. They are usually friendly. No say usually, because sometimes they are so busy, it is a challenge to keep up. But, that is the consequence of a superior product. Highly recommend ... YUM!”

Today, the crew evidently achieved a good rating and their manager made good on a promise to have a little pie-in-the-face managerial fun! I just happened to be there as they celebrated, and snapped a couple pics. What a great crew! This is just a WaWa right...? Nope. It really is a bit more. The staff at this place just always seem to be good-natured and they are customer focused. The coffee is GREAT and the food assembled fairly quickly (depending on the time of day) and is always good. Even their preassembled salads are good. Good, clean, consistent place to get gas and a bite to eat or drink.”

“This is REAL Pizza. I gave five stars to the one in Ashland. Since then I have had two pizzas from the Mechanicville store. Like I said before, this is the best pizza I have tasted outside of New York. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage with extra sauce through one of the delivery companies. Sauce is great. The sausage is not the crumbled up stuff that some places sprinkle lightly on their pizzas. These are ultra-thin slices of links cut at an angle. Then there's the crust. I hate most crust. I cut it off sandwich bread and throw away most pizza crust around the edges. Not with Pepicelli's. The crust is slightly chewy and tasty. The difference between this crust and most is like the difference between a great bagel and a store-bought pre-sliced frozen one. Usually my wife won't eat pizza but she loves these. I used to eat hal of other pizzas,, stick the rest in the fridge and throw it away in a couple of days. Nothing lasts until the next with Pepicelli's. Do yourself a favor and try it if you really want some good pizza. It's a couple of miles north of the M-ville Walmart on the same side, set back in a tiny strip mall. Right before Creighton Pkwy. Hurry, it closes at nine o'clock.”
