“I've been going to this shop for a few years now and I've gotten everything done from fixing a harmonic balancer on an Acura RSX-S, getting new tires for an Integra, to getting a fully custom welded catback exhaust system for my Infiniti Q50. Johnny is an awesome service manager that will talk to you about everything on your car as if you are just as knowledgeable as their very skilled mechanics. Mark does amazing work all around, but more specifically I have been overwhelmingly impressed with his welds and fabrication when it comes to getting exhaust work done. I actually walked in with a picture I drew of how I wanted my custom exhaust system to be and they made it exactly how I wanted it, even with a slightly improved setup over my sketch-up; so - if you can dream of an exhaust setup, they can and will build it. I'm a bit of a DIY car guy myself and these guys take care of the work that I don't have time to do or lack knowledge to do. With that being said, everytime I take my car to a shop, the first thing is do is double check all the work I had done and I'm always impressed with the work Economy auto care center does - and I definitely can't say that about any other auto shop I've been to in the RVA area. I could go on and write a much longer review about this place and how superior it is compared to other local shops I've been to, but; bottom line is - go to Econony Auto Care Center if you want fast, affordable and reliable work done and if you want to get the job done right the first time. “I originally had an issue with Hi Caliber in the services we sought on getting my gun ceracoted and etched. After speaking with Carey and taking the gun back to him, he acknowledged the work was not up to his usual level of performance and offered to re-do the gun. I picked the gun up today (one week later, which was a much better turn around time than the original work) and I am extremely pleased with the work. As I told him, I am much more interested in his willingness to fix the issues than in the issues themselves. He stood by his word and I couldn't be happier with the resolution and the finished product.”

“I saw Mary after a year and a half long break from salons after a terrible customer experience. She was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. She had the utmost patience with me and my anxiety, and that's before we even get to the haircut. I'm not very picky and pretty bad on deciding the details, but she took the time to explain my options and helped me decide the best way to go. We shaved the side of my head and trimmed up the rest of my hair to maintain condition. Mary even offered me a line at the part, and it's honestly a wonderful touch. She did a gorgeous job of trimming and keeping as much length and texture as possible (at my request. I don't like blunt cuts on my hair). The results and experience exceeded my expectations entirely, and I didn't feel judged at all, which can be a struggle for some of us. I can't stop staring at myself in the mirror, and I'm so excited to go back sometime soon to get my hair colored.”

“Love the products but don't expect any help when they have sale items and none in stock. Had Cust service person get rude and snippy when I asked about rain checks but Dept. Manager came up and issued rain check and apologized after the Cust service rep tried to make me look like i was difficult. Now, just wish the gun counter had ample service during the week and when an ad says that promo products are available at their merged entity they would train them on what it is and how to distribute it.”
