“I have rented a storage unit at Staples Mill Mini Storage for over a year, and I haven't had any problems whatsoever! Pam rented me the unit when I had decided to change storage facilities. She was great then, and she is still very friendly and helpful whenever I need anything or just have a question for her. That is why when my daughter needed a unit last week I told her to check out my storage facility. She decided to rent a unit and Bill was working when she went to do all of the paperwork and rent a Uhaul truck also. Bill was super awesome, and he went the extra mile to make sure she got situated and moved into her unit. His excellent customer service went above and beyond our expectations. Pam and Bill are both great! Staples Mill Mini Storage is a first-class business. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and safe storage option!”

“I cannot be more satisfied with the customer service I had today. I did everything online, which was fill out my ID information, and I also made sure I made her job easier. But when I came in I had so many questions about insurance, how to access the storage, because it was my first time, and a bunch of other random questions. Long story short if you are looking for great customer service, very and I mean very affordable prices look no further.
