5 star friendly and efficient service! Ms Tracey took great care of me, and took time time to work around a little hurdle to help me obtain a phone and service for one of my new employees. I really appreciated the extra effort. Honestly, it was the quickest new purchase and setup I've ever experienced at a cell phone store. Thank you!

I just have to say a praise for the young manager Tevon H. at go wireless on S. Laburnum. I have been in a few times with issues about my phone. I'm a boomer and this new technology escapes me totally! He has helped me with my phone, patiently a few times. He's extremely knowledgeable and polite. This last time I really messed up the phone. It was resolved quickly. Thank you , your a great asset to the company.

The staff is always helpful. Wish had better selection of cards instead of so many other items, especially cards from dogs and cats. All of them are from 1 dog or cat, have they ever thought people may have more than 1. Also Hallmark must have a deal with the post office because so many of their cards require extra postage, there's no reason for making them as large as they do.

I've been here before & was in the area again so I needed to stopped through. I like their additional line up w/ Jill Scott's line of greeting cards offered . I'll be back, have more people in mine too cause for me to come back. On top of all of that the clerk was very helpful too!

Handicap parking and accessibility right in front of Amy's Hallmark Gold Crown. This shop always has a very nice selection of gift possibilities for people of many ages. I have never had issues with employees; they have always answered my questions and directed me toward like-items if they didn't have exactly what I was looking for in their shop. Personally, I feel this location and what it offers is the best Hallmark in Shelby County, TN.
