“Very fair. I’ve had about 5 visits here (brakes, inspections, tires, and broken lights). They always have the parts to fix my issues and it’s usually less than I thought it would be. I know the brakes they did were definitely less than the dealer estimated. They get it done in a day and you can pickup after service hours bc you pay at the gas station checkout. Good communication too. They texted me when it was done.”

“We have been bringing our pets to Springfield Veterinary Center since it was founded probably around the year 2000. Our pets have thrived under the care of Dr. Chris Scotti. I took Leah, our boxer-hound mix, for her vaccinations today and wow did they have their coronavirus protocols firmly established! You pull into a parking spot and place your dog in an outside "run" at the appointed time. A staff member speaks with you briefly about the expectations of the visit (both you and she/he are wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing) and you return to your car. The doctor calls you after the exam is completed, then your dog is returned to the run. You pick up your dog, call the front desk to pay the bill, and then leave. This is a solution which I think works well for the coronavirus long run and shows care and concern for you and their staff. Nonetheless, I do miss meeting Dr. Scotti in person but I understand the reason behind this approach. Springfield Veterinary Center, thanks so much for the care you have provided to our furry family members going into our third decade with you!”
