(September 11, 2020, 8:24 pm)The staff at this practice are amazing! When I called to schedule my appointment, I knew I had chosen the right place. Adrian answered my call and got me into see the dentist right away. She answered any questions I had and made sure she ran my insurance before I came in so I wouldn’t have any surprises. Once I got there, I was welcomed by her and I felt at ease even though I was in pain. The doctor and his assistant were very patient. The doctor ensured that I left feeling better than I did coming in. I came in with pain at a 5 and left feeling no discomfort at all. I’m happy to find this practice and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist. You won’t be disappointed!

(January 15, 2020, 5:41 pm)I had an emergency dental problem that I needed to resolve quickly. My primary dentist is based a couple of hours away from the Greater Richmond area. I heard about Who Does Your Teeth from a few marketing emails that I received when I moved into my new apartment a few months ago. I decided to give this office a try and I am so grateful that I did; the experience I had truly exceeded all my expectations.
When I arrived there, I was immediately greeted by all the front desk staff; they introduced themselves to me by name and gave me such a warm welcome I felt as though I had already been a patient for years. At every step of my procedure, from intake through treatment and payment, Dr. Neal and his team showed me a dignity, respect and level of service that I have not personally seen presented in quite some time. Even though I have never quite enjoyed going to the dentist, this was a time that I will treasure for years to come.
If you are unable to make it to your primary practitioner, I highly recommend that you go to Who Does Your Teeth. You won’t regret it and, in fact, you will most likely develop a sense of true blessing that Dr. Neal and his staff are available to ensure a most pleasant and comfortable encounter. I am even considering making Dr. Neal my dentist once my current one retires. Thank you Who Does Your Teeth and keep doing what you do; it is beyond remarkable!

(July 24, 2019, 9:41 pm)Going to Who Does Your Teeth is like visiting good friends! Everyone is so genuinely caring and kind. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist because they have such a great relationship with Dr. Neal and his whole team. I can’t recommend them enough!!
