Also, Adapt Health and Atlantic Medical, kept great records of when they sent information to my doctor's office such as dates, so I could follow up and make sure they got the information they needed for my C-Pap machine. “Joel really cares and knows what he's doing. He will get you results, even in difficult cases such as mine. I've been struggling with my weight for over two years. I used to be very athletic and had no problems finding the motivation to eat healthy and work out! About two years ago, nothing I did seem to work anymore. I just kept gaining more and more weight and felt less and less healthy. Six months ago, I decided to make my health a priority. I started working out (weight lifting and cardio) with another trainer every day. I had absolutely NO results. He also didn't customize any workouts or educated me on nutrition.
