By the time I arrived, I was quite annoyed.... Only to find this amazing woman holding down the fort like a champion. Amira was working alone, taking orders, making pizzas, dealing with a few rude customers and never stopped. She stayed calm, friendly and professional to everyone. I even noticed she never took a shortcut with any Covid19 hygiene practices. I hope the management sees her value. I tried to give her a tip and she would have no part of it. And as far as management being short handed, I am a business owner and know all too well that you cannot predict employees unexpectedly calling out or waves of heavy traffic surprising you.
