She was great then, and she is still very friendly and helpful whenever I need anything or just have a question for her. That is why when my daughter needed a unit last week I told her to check out my storage facility. She decided to rent a unit and Bill was working when she went to do all of the paperwork and rent a Uhaul truck also. Bill was super awesome, and he went the extra mile to make sure she got situated and moved into her unit. His excellent customer service went above and beyond our expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good. Would recommend this as an easy off-ramp hotel that has quality and that is not shady. Prices were very reasonable.
