Tonya specifically is dedicated, professional, compassionate, and efficient! She made sure I found a couch I liked and my couch got delivered within less than 24 hours, even if that meant coming in on her day off. Previously, I had called 4 furniture stores and I quote their response “Ma’am, you’re not the only one we are helping. You’re going to have to be patient and wait.” After being promised a call back and hearing nothing back after hours. That is not the case at Buddy’s in Smithfield! Tonya had the whole process done and on the way with my new beautiful couch and loveseat by the time the other place called me back the next day. Don’t waste your time and energy anywhere else.
