“Had a fresh start and began new patient visits this week for our family of 5. Out of our family, 2 of us having major anxiety about even going. We have had several dental offices not work out just due to the lack of good bedside manner and lack of empathy especially when it comes down to the anxiety surrounding visits. Our first visit on Monday was great! One of our teenagers had his appointment and the staff was amazing with him. From Mrs. Becky at the front desk to the very end of the appointment with Mrs. Christy, and Dr Mullins. I was extremely impressed by the questions asked on the new patient forms. I felt as if they truly care about the patient, and address any concerns up front, if any at all. My husbands appointment is this morning and he too was very impressed the moment he was greeted when walking in. Even though it’s our first week going, and only 2 visits in, I am very hopeful that we may have found our dental “home” ❤️”

Well my crown broke so I called and they got me in right away. The office is lovely and the staff just greeted me like they new me for years. Then I met Dr Q. What a lovely man. So honest and caring. “When it comes to your teeth, Dr Pape is your man. He is all about taking care of the patient. He does a fine job. I look at this way, I can eat again, pain free. Thanks Doc! 👍 So give him a try, you'll be thanking yourself later. Oh yeah & one more thing, if you have had a tooth pulled. He looks out for you, by either a phone call or he'll come to your home. You can't find a Doctor like that anymore.”

“I’m very new to the area so I was referred here by my (new) primary dentist. The staff is very professional and polite! I was welcomed by the front desk and the nurse had such a nice personality! “My last dental cleaning was done in Hawaii before my move to Virginia. Got my initial “New Patient” appointment here with a cleaning. What a great experience, it was a no hassle appointment-even was called in earlier to get my appointment started! Carrie did a great job while Dr. Szkaley came in and did such a thorough exam. All while my little girl entertained herself in their cozy kid friendly section of the waiting room. I highly recommend this office for anyone! Too bad I can only give you five stars..Your team deserves a high five to go with that!! See you guys in 6 months..BTW-Erica was awesome too, thanks for keeping an eye on my girl while I get my check-up done!”

Matt and Wendy should be ashamed of themselves for posting such awful things to say about the amazing people that have taken amazing care of my teeth and my children's teeth for over a decade!!
