  Kaeley Johnson was SO helpful despite being the only person working in the shop to check in and check out customers. Every time I have visited the dealership for service over the past two years, I've worked with different techs. But Kaeley has been the one constant for a little while now. I understand everyone is short-staffed so I am patient but I saw her handle some customers short of patience with grace. Additionally, she KNOWS HER STUFF. She reviewed everything I brought my car in for, made some recommendations, and called me after their full inspection to say they needed to replace more than I had planned. It was a 50,000 mile service, state inspection, alignment, differential fluids for the front and back, etc. etc. I mentioned in checking in that my car was shaking badly when braking at high speeds. When she called with the estimate, she mentioned the brakes needed to be replaced and the rotors resurfaced. The estimate for EVERYTHING needed was a little over $1200 and I told them just to replace and fix every single thing b/c I need my Passport to last - it's only a 2019 and has 50K miles. Imagine my happy surprise when I came to pick up my car and she told me that they didn't need to replace the brakes after all and I probably have about 30K miles left one them and the braking issue was solely from my rotors. Then, because I had mentioned some recent financial struggles due to my mom being in the hospital and then/now a rehabilitation center during my check in, she applied some coupon code that I didn't even have, saving me more money. It is SO NICE to know that she and the actual mechanics in the back are so incredibly trustworthy and honest. I never worry about being taken advantage of in the dealership - unlike previous experiences in other locations. Kaeley and the crew @ Williamsburg Honda are priceless. Again, there was a long line of people waiting to check in and check out b/c she was the ONLY person doing that job but she was so nice. It takes a month to get an appointment from the time you call, but they are worth the wait.

  I called parts department today, February 11. The representative took one step and provided me info where to get the parts I needed quicker. Although sale was not made I will definitely give them a chance on my next purchase of a new vehicle.

  They try hard to give best customer service. I came for oil change, rotate tires and a recall on my 2018 Honda Pilot which has less than 35,000 miles. It’s under guarantee. To my surprise they wanted to charge for the oil change and tires. I told them I shouldn’t have to pay because for the life of the car it’s free where I bought it and other Priority Dealerships it’s free cause of the guarantee. The young lady was surprised. I was told they are not Priority.

  People say Williamsburg is more expensive to buy a car and Richmond is cheaper and has more options. What they don't say is those dealerships are big corporate chains where you are a dime a dozen. I can't say enough about my experience with this privately owned, caring staff and service, especially from Jess! She was patient and not pushy and found a vehicle that worked for me. They also had better deals and more selection than Richmond.
