I was very impressed with not only service done on my vehicle but with Sean Casey. I was sitting next to an elderly lady in the waiting room and overheard a conversation that he had concerning her vehicle. He was kind, gentle with her been very very patient with her. He explain to her what was wrong with the vehicle, and told her how much it was going to cost, made sure she was comfortable, had water, and understood what he had told her. When her vehicle was ready, he helped her out to her car and make sure that she got into her car safely.
When I was ready to check out with Sean, the computer decided to lock up and we both were not sure if my charge to my credit card through.
Sean told me not to worry about it that he would check in the morning and if the transaction wasn’t completed, he would give me a call.
Excellent car buying experience at Casey Toyota. Mark was so easy to work with. He made it a very relaxing and fun experience. Danny was great on the finance side of the house too. Would highly recommend Casey Toyota for anyone in the market for a new vehicle in a low pressure environment. Thanks to Mark for helping me find my perfect vehicle!

I went to Casey Toyota after seeing the “Engine Maintenance Required” message on my dashboard. I needed my engine coolant bypass valve replaced. Mike in the services department was excellent with keeping me updated with the communication between them and my warranty provider as well as updates on my car’s service. He was very nice, efficient and delivered great customer service. The message is no longer popping up on my dashboard. I’m very satisfied with the customer service and car service I received.
