Today even, A nurse practitioner Nurse Green, who had met my husband before but he didn’t quite remember her, was to see my husband and Dr. Mayes came in and explained it advance to my husband. Nurse Green was very calm and understanding in care towards my husbands condition. We were very comfortable with her during & following the appointment. My husbands condition commands a daily routine with people he trusts and he is always comfortable in Dr. Mayes office. We recommend this practice and it’s staff for more than a five star rating because they treat the family as a whole and are engaged & diligent in their approach to my husbands care. Go Team Mayes!!”

“Poor communication. No returned calls. No confirmation of start date, or courtesy call, they just showed up. Seven items were reviewed during estimate quote. Three were listed on written estimate, was told they'd get the remaining four items when they did the others, but that would be an additional charge.
