I called the manager after I got home, and he was extremely helpful. He told me he had spoken to the technician and the unprofessional behavior we experienced would not be repeated. He offered to refund nearly half my money, and offered a discount on future services. He was polite, responsive, apologetic, and extremely professional. I felt heard and respected. What started as a negative experience was resolved well, thanks to excellent management staff.”

“The library is strangely inside a retail shopping center next to shops like dollar store and salon. And the size is extremely small for its population size it serves and compared to large libraries like Cascades or Ashburn. Inside, though, the facility is very clean and the staff are friendly. There is ample seating. The vibe, however, is more of a community center than a true library, as you can hear people talking, hanging out, and classes underway (like toddler story times). We really liked the story times and believe it's very useful for the children. We visit it about once a week.”
