Although our locksmith arrived promptly, and he got us into our storage unit (my son had locked the keys inside), we did not have a positive experience with him at all. I called the manager after I got home, and he was extremely helpful. He told me he had spoken to the technician and the unprofessional behavior we experienced would not be repeated. He offered to refund nearly half my money, and offered a discount on future services. He was polite, responsive, apologetic, and extremely professional. I felt heard and respected. What started as a negative experience was resolved well, thanks to excellent management staff.

Excellent!!!! 5 stars is not enough for this company! My son's key fob died - dead in the water situation & so we ordered another one. Was told it would be a week before it came in & he had just started a new job. After a week & 2 dealerships telling us the fob was on backorder or no shipping info, ETA, etc., his fiance called over 20 other businesses and Upkeep were the ONLY ones able to help. Adam was fantastic from start to finish and so personable!!! We "drove" away with more knowledge & help in a few hours than we received in a week thanks to him. Thank you Adam & Upkeep. My son & his family (expecting fiance), parents & in-laws are ecstatic with your help & getting him back on the road. (Towed from Winchester VA to Sterling, but worth it). A++++++++++++

I had mobile service today from upkeep and I’m very pleased! For less than what a dealer would charge for keyfob alone I got a replacement new keyfob and programming on older Mercedes model. Not many locksmiths will or can work on Mercedes. You need a special hardware.
Once I decided to get the service the technician Adam. called me within 5min, verified my request and information and gave me ETA.
Adam is very friendly and has a positive attitude and very knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly and I’m so pleased!

First, transaction was top notch. Everything was fast just like the speed of light. In less then 20mins, I had my issues resolved. I didn’t think it would take that short period of time. I lost the key for my rental car, and the rental car agency contacted Upkeep Locksmith Services. Upkeep contacted me and said they'd have someone meet me at my car in 45 minutes. The locksmith Hafiz arrived right on time. He had a whole key shop inside his truck, and had the key I needed, and made me a new key on the spot using the VIN number of my rental car. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. I was also able to pay by credit card on the spot. Hafiz was very polite and professional!
