I called the manager after I got home, and he was extremely helpful. He told me he had spoken to the technician and the unprofessional behavior we experienced would not be repeated. He offered to refund nearly half my money, and offered a discount on future services. He was polite, responsive, apologetic, and extremely professional. I felt heard and respected.
