“Talked on the phone with Ali came about 2 hours out for a car... Ali offered for me to put it on his lift so I and a mechanic can check it out. Any thing that I had a concern about on the car he had checked out by his mechanic. Customer service was great. He honored everything he said made a $100 bet and he even ended up honoring that... also ran into traffic on the way up there 20 minutes after closing time still sitting in traffic he did not care a bit nor did he rush me or the process 2 months later... the car is still running good greatly satisfied with my experience with Loudoun motors and his staff.”
