“This unassuming restaurant packs a surprising punch. While visiting my cousins, we were looking for a local place to eat after another restaurant closed for the day and ended up deciding on Crescent Inn. Upon first inspection, I thought this was a very basic restaurant and didn't expect much from the food. I was VERY pleasantly surprised to see that the children's meals were substantial. My husband ordered the signature salad which was not only delicious but also beautifully plated. My Shrimp Fettuccini Alfredo had an excellent, fresh flavor. I would definitely eat here again.”

Salad dressing, blue cheese, was good and did not seem to be the standard issue. The chicken marsala was loaded with sliced mushrooms and a tasty sauce with the chicken cooked to perfection. “Stopped to fill my car with gas here at Sheetz while traveling on vacation. It also has a store where you can buy soda, chips, candy, etc. You can also order cooked and hot food here such as hamburgers, hot dogs, or fries, get a drink, pay for all of it, then sit down in a booth and enjoy eating! The store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful!”

“I have visited the restaurant many times because I live in Richmond and it's a great location to meet my Charlottesville friends. The food is fabulous and has always been consistently good. I cannot however give it a 5 because the service is always extremely slow. I want to make a point though. The staff is always friendly but always seem flustered. It seems like they are always new. I'm guessing this happens because there is not enough traffic for the server to make a decent amount of tips. I wish this little gem of a restaurant would get more patrons because then maybe there wouldn't be such a staff turnover. The food is fabulous so go give them a try and don't be in such a hurry. Enjoy your dinner companions.”

“I attended a styled shoot at the Prospect Hill Inn and decided to make a getaway out of it and stayed the night. From check in to check out, everyone was so kind and helpful. I did the cheese platter add on for my room and it was so worth the little splurge! The amenities are as upgraded as a historical home can be, the room and bathroom were incredibly clean and inviting. I enjoyed dinner and their restaurant and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. I loved sitting outside on the back porch, sipping on the complimentary Cognac and Port. I felt like I was in my on little oasis. I can not recommend staying here enough!”
