The two men from Beacon Home Services were very polite, friendly, knowledgeable professional, helpful and efficient.

They came today (12/14/2022) on time and were at our home for about an hour. Inside our house, they put on protective booties over their shoes.

We had a leaky outside backyard faucet that we needed to replace.

They gave us an estimate which was a good deal lower than a previous estimate by another, well-known company that uses national advertising.

We agreed with the price which seemed very reasonable, and asked them to do the work.

The work came with a two-year warranty.

We are very satisfied with their work and we would use the company again. Fine job!

I am working to slowly check things off of my home repair “to do” list and found myself needing an electrician. I found Beacon Home Services from a quick Google search and had them come out for an estimate. They sent Jacob C. out within 48 hours of my request. He arrived right on time and was immensely helpful. He gave an estimate for the issue I had called about, but also did a quick home check after I told him the horror story that is my home purchase. He made a few recommendations and provided quotes for each. I decided to fix my first issue and he was able to do that on the spot. Jacob is knowledgeable and personable and made me very happy I choose Beacon for my home repair. There are a few more items on my to-do list and I will be calling Beacon for all of the plumbing and electrical ones!

We're finishing our basement bathroom and needed an outlet, switch and vent fan wired and installed. When we called Beacon they were professional and quick to setup a time to come out for an estimate. The initial visit for an estimate was on time and the electrician Dan was wonderful at explaining clearly and simply what needed to be done. He also offered several different options for estimates based on the exact work we wanted, and there was no pressure from anyone at the company while we decided. When Dan returned to do the job, he was on time, respectful, friendly and professional. He was happy to explain what he was doing, he was hard working and efficient, and the completed work is outstanding quality. I won't hesitate to contact Beacon and have Dan come back to help with my electrical needs in the future.

Luis arrived at my home at 8:30, absolutely on time. He was the consummate professional and affable. He measured and cut holes in ceilings in 3 bedrooms and installed ceilings fans w/lights in each room. It was a lot of work, but he was great! I plan on using Beacon again in the future.

I hired Beacon Home Services to perform work in my basement that included both plumbing installation and electrical installation work. For the plumbing work, I had a utility sink and a washing machine connection installed, to include running lines for hot/cold water and drain line connection to an existing gravity fed drain. The plumbing technician Ray was exceptional and did a great and professional job. He didn’t take any shortcuts, and made sure the work was done properly. The electrical work we had done included running a dedicated 240v line from the garage to the basement for a dryer hookup, installing two additional outlets, and relocating three others. The electrical technician Carl was also exceptional and did a phenomenal job. Both technicians were highly professional, courteous, and well experienced. Scheduling and communication with Beacon was also a very easy and professional process. The technicians arrived when they said they would, and service was very prompt. I highly recommend this company, and in particular plumber Ray, and electrician Carl. As far as price, you do get what you pay for. I suspect that I could have found a cheaper alternative, but I don’t think I could have found as good a service for a lesser price. If you are looking for a highly discountes rate, this may not be your choice….but if you want professional, high quality, reliable service that stands behind their work, you can’t go wrong with this company in my opinion.
