“In October I will have lived here 5 years and I love this place. The rent has not increased the whole time I have lived here. You cannot go anywhere and get a 2 bedroom with 2 balconies for under $1K. Early on they had management turnover and issues, but the last couple of years Leisa has been the property manager and she is great. She is responsive to issues and emails and is flexible and understanding on occasions here and there where life makes it so I have to be late on rent. I know that she was recently tasked with handling another sister property on top of ours and she has been a trooper in taking on the additional duties but she still does a good job at looking out for and taking care of her residents. Life happens and sometimes things break or slip through the cracks. But she will be the first to own up to it and apologize and move forward with making it right. There is no doubt she cares about her residents. That is hard to find in a property manager. The neighborhoid is quiet and peaceful for the most part. I have never had any safety or security issues. Bottom line is I love living here.”

“This is really close to my home so I have been here many times. It's a great historical site and well maintained. The site is not well advertised and a bit hidden for the general public so large crowds are never a problem. Ample parking and easy to navigate walking trail, no bikes allowed on the trails so they aren't torn up. The observation deck was rebuilt a couple of years ago and I good condition.”

“I gave you 5 stars in the hopes you guys will read, and consider my advice, as actively as you do on indeed. Your company has a lot of employment issues going on. Current employees rate you 5 stars, and sing praises in record numbers. A clear sign, they are desperate for reliable coworkers. Not a single former employee comes close to a 5 star rating. Fire whoever is working on job recruiting and interviews in HR. They are so out of touch. It's an insult to put on a job listing that you require an associates, but won't list salary range. Unacceptable in the current economy. Also, the turnover rate is too high. Proper vetting and setting of accurate expectations isn't happening. Just add a new position to replace your current job recruiter in HR. You're welcome, and best of luck.”

“AMAZING! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Smith & Keene is a top notch company! When our AC and heating system suddenly quit of "old age", they were quick (same day) to come out and diagnose the issue and make recommendations....and we were new customers. We had estimate for new system by end of day. SInce there was a heatwave coming and we had no AC, they provided two window AC units to use until the new system could be installed. Who does that anymore - we were blown away by their customer service from start to finish! The new system is in and the techs who performed the two day job were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. If you are in the market for AC or heating system replacement, do not look any further than S&K. Their pricing was half of what another "local company" would have charged for the exact same Carrier system. We've told all our friends about our wonderful experience!
