Lee's Landing

In October I will have lived here 5 years and I love this place. The rent has not increased the whole time I have lived here. You cannot go anywhere and get a 2 bedroom with 2 balconies for under $1K. Early on they had management turnover and issues, but the last couple of years Leisa has been the property manager and she is great. She is responsive to issues and emails and is flexible and understanding on occasions here and there where life makes it so I have to be late on rent. I know that she was recently tasked with handling another sister property on top of ours and she has been a trooper in taking on the additional duties but she still does a good job at looking out for and taking care of her residents. Life happens and sometimes things break or slip through the cracks. But she will be the first to own up to it and apologize and move forward with making it right. There is no doubt she cares about her residents. That is hard to find in a property manager. The neighborhoid is quiet and peaceful for the most part. I have never had any safety or security issues. Bottom line is I love living here.

The office manager Virginia, and the maintenance man Ty are very professional and responsive. I didn’t have a problem the whole 1 1/2 years I been there. My HvAC broke mid summer last year and I left one voicemail and they quickly replaced the entire unit. Also, I felt safe living in the complex. The landscape is beautiful as well. The magnolia trees are nice. I will miss the beautiful walks to Skiffes Creek. Thanks Lees Landing for being a place that my family and I called home!

We’ve been here for almost a year. We’ve never had a problem. Our apartment is a little more updated which is nice.
It’s very quiet, our neighbors are great and the office manager is super nice. The pool wasn’t open last summer but they fixed it this summer and our kids love it. Over all I would recommend Lee’s Landing to anyone. I understand some people may have had issues but personally we’ve never had a problem in the apartment or with anyone in the office. Good apartment complex to call home
