“My tire started thumping, so I navigated to the nearest tire place which was not j&m, but it was out of business. Couple of nice guys pointed me to j&m, and I'm so happy with the service I received. Charles took my car right in, told me what I already knew which was that my tires are too bald for repair ? $106 later and I'm back on the road with two used tires in about 20 minutes. Can't beat that with a stick! ? Really glad to have found this place, thank you!”

“Ok I read all the reviews and was dreading the visit. We arrived at 8:30 and the line was 30 folks ahead of us. At 9:00 they opened the doors and took everyone with a appointment in first, all of us without appointments next. All in all the security staff was very nice greeted everyone with a good morning. All other staff friendly too. Restroom spotless. We were out and done in 90 minutes. Four stars for the wait otherwise would have been 5 stars. No issues with others in the crowded waiting room. Key is to get there early.”

“I recently stayed at this facility after suffering a broken vertebrae. I was in bad shape, and wasn't ready to be so pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean and bright. I had a beautiful private room. The food was excellent. My O.T. and P.T. was intense and in a top-notch notch gym. The therapists really cared about me as a person. The nurses and care partners are so nice. When I couldn't do personal things for myself, they took care of me in a very non-judgemental way. These people are truly angels among us!”
