“Stopped by there earlier today looking to see if they had something in the store that I had researched online. Turns out they didn’t have the part on hand, but the owner did give an extensive search online. For over 15 minutes mind you. All the while having a nice conversation about our vehicles. As it turns out. He informed me that I could order them from him, but I would be better sooted purchasing them online because he said they price he saw while looking was a good one. I appreciated his honestly and all of his help and information. He even wrote the part number down for me. Needless to say I had a very pleasant experience and plan on going back in the future.”

“My tire started thumping, so I navigated to the nearest tire place which was not j&m, but it was out of business. Couple of nice guys pointed me to j&m, and I'm so happy with the service I received. Charles took my car right in, told me what I already knew which was that my tires are too bald for repair ? $106 later and I'm back on the road with two used tires in about 20 minutes. Can't beat that with a stick! ? Really glad to have found this place, thank you!”
