From the moment I called Getem, the scheduler was exceptional; informative, listened, educated, and reassured me. She set the appointment up with Phil and explained I was in good hands. I had to call back and reschedule, which was received so graciously that I thought, "Wow, what a good company to work with." On the day of the termite inspection, Phil called an hour and a half early and said he had a cancellation and would be available early if we were. I agreed and he promptly showed up at our door as friendly and professional as you would ever want. He assured me he had been doing this work for 18 years and was going to be incredibly thorough. He was. He returned to our door only 30-40 minutes later with the result. Gladly, we do not have termites which is a HUGE sigh of relief. He did show us pictures and video of a few things we should address and promised a clear quote the same day from his office, which we did receive, as promised. He gave us his card and made some additional suggestions of their services, but did not try to "hard sell" us. He couched all the recommendations in positive terms and encouraged us to call should we have any questions, at all. Our entire experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Phil and the team at Getem!

The staff is very responsive. It was easy to get an appointment. Phil came right at the appointment time and the time frame quoted was exact. I was terrified and Phil addressed all my insecurities. He answered all my silly questions and was reassuring. After Phil finished his work, I felt safe again. I am most grateful to Ashley and Phil. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. I have been using Getem for several years and they impress me every single time. ALL of their employees are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing.
