“We called Rick Hendrick on a whim and with a bit of hope. We were looking for a vehicle that was seemingly impossible to find but the website said they had exactly what we were looking for. At this point we had already called six other dealerships across the country whose websites claimed they also had the exact vehicle in stock, but were already sold. The first time we called Rick Hendrick we spoke with John Butler (very nice phone presence). He told us the same dreaded news, the vehicle was already spoken for😢 but he did say that he would keep us posted on whether or not the deal moved forward. I wrote it off as a bust and we were ready to not purchase a new vehicle. On a Monday night I received a call from John Butler asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. 🥳 The next morning we met John before the dealership even opened and proceeded with the deal. Here's the thing about John and Rick Hendrick. While almost every other dealership we spoke with seem to be taking advantage of the current world circumstances and taking advantage of people by tacking on unethical "premiums" that range from $10-25k on top of sticker price, Rick Hendrick did not. The deal was exactly what was advertised, the employees were amazing and so very friendly, we were there for a while and it was like spending the day with family. “I can’t even lie this place is expensive in the long run but the good side of it is that there combiner, reliable, have nice vans and full size cars, the flip side is the payments are kind of high looking at about almost 500.00 a month but the good side is that in two years your done, you own the car, the vehicles are indeed nice however the flip side to that is if something should go wrong they will fix it at the repair shop however they will finance your repair bill and put it on top of your car payment and the flip side to that is they offer car rentals cash car rentals but the flip side is that the people who rent the cars never bring them back in so that the next could take an opportunity to be able to drive one as well. “I had booked a hitch install for today that really needed to happen today. The location called me to let me know their technician was sick and couldn’t do my install as scheduled but I didn’t see the message. When I showed up they asked if they could reschedule me and when I said I needed it done he got on the phone with another local store to ask if they had a someone to do the install and if they had the parts. They could and did, but if they hadn’t had the parts he was gonna send them with me. Outstanding service even though it cost that location the job and much appreciated. Very professional.”
