I had the Korean hot dog and let me tell you, this is my first time trying it and I already know this place has set the bar high on this!! So tasty, hot, spicy, salty, sweet and cheesy!!! I also ordered Famous Greg's Onion rings and they tasted like a combo of beer batter and tempura onion rings, EVERY BITE is better than the last!!! Lastly I had the Cambozzola burger, first bite and I was in Love!!! I'm a big believer in a World of Good, because this place just did me a world of good!!! “I stumbled upon a hidden gem. Cilantro offers amazing home style Bangladeshi HALAL food. It’s a small no frill shop but the food here is absolutely delicious. If you have never tried Bangladeshi food, stop now and go check it out. The couple running the restaurant are super friendly and made good recommendations. We tried the Tamarind eggplant, stuffed alu (potato) chop, paratha, Jhaal (spicy) chicken, and dal. Each of the dishes were so good, reminded me of home cooked food. Simple and tasty dishes. Portion sizes are good and spice level is manageable as well. About the food, the tamarind eggplant was the best! I could just keep eating that with the Pulao. Also the alu chops with the chicken filling were so good that I ended up ordering some to go. The Pulao and Jhaal (spicy) chicken was also very tasty. Not too oily or spicy, everything was proportionate. They also provided salad with the food, which added to the delicious food experience. Dine in or take out, Cilantro is a must try place for authentic Bangladeshi food. I can’t wait to go back and try other things on their menu, specially the fish dishes .”

I also really enjoyed that the menu was small (which I prefer) and still had something for everyone! Plant based and meat options that made it hard to choose. “It was good, but a little spicier than I had at first anticipated. It snuck up on me. I ordered the large serving of orange chicken, broccoli and rice, and it tasted good. But the spices snuck up on me, and finally caught me. With the coughing, runny nose, sweating, and eventually heat in my mouth, I though that I was coming down with Covid...until I realized too late what was going on. So it should be just right for normal people not averse to a little spice. (Chuckle)”

“When I visited the other morning Sunday for breakfast it was beyond my surprise. The interior was very welcoming and decorated for the fall compared to prior visits where it seemed to be very sterile. Also the meal I had which was a choice of sausage links or patties I chose the links which were excellent and also I had french toast which I have to say was absolutely some of the BEST I have ever tasted! I definitely will be returning as it seems like the restaurant has really taken a focus on improving many things. Also, my guest enjoyed the special breakfast of the day, it was quite a mouthful and he wasn't able to complete it all. I do not know what the name of this bountiful meal was but it was according to him delicious!! Definitely will be returning in the near future. Prices are very affordable in today's market!”

“On this stormy day finishing up my long weekend I was craving a spicy all beef sub from Chicago. But alas I was no where near. So in my pursuit of this food through rain and crazy Virginia drivers, I found this place. When I walked in I was greeted by three workers: Javi, Hanna, and Anthony. These three were fantastic and hard workers. After asking each their favorite sub I chose Anthony to make it. He made me a #43 and to make it how he likes it, but spicy. Let me tell you it hit the craving I longed for. Such rich flavor, just spicy enough to keep you going back for more. Like when a woman bites your lips during a kiss. Absolutely wonderful. Their boss should be Absolutely proud of these three and are quality employees that go above and beyond.”
