(December 13, 2022, 12:15 pm)In the past I’ve had issues with the pizzas not being symmetrical. Sounds like it’s no big deal, but if one side is thicker it cooks slower. The inconsistency was a big turn off, but this seems to not be an issue since the summer of 2022. The pizzas come out much better this year the circle is not an oval. The dough is stretched properly and the pepperonis are evenly distributed across the pie. Keep up the good work guys
