The customer service lady during the day Wednesday Thursday and Friday was kind of rude. Asked her for extra towels got some attitude. Asked when the pool would be open because it said temporarily unavailable got some more attitude from her.
(July 10, 2020, 2:22 pm)Decent selection of cars . Matt ( I think his name was Matt ) was very helpful and honest . Felt very genuine and helpful. He helped us get the car and chatted about his upcoming trip to Punta Cana ( very cool ) . Never felt like a dealership, just a guy showing us some cars . Ended up getting a really great deal on a truck . Go see Matt and you won’t regret it.

(June 15, 2020, 1:35 pm)I’ve always made purchases in the past from for sale by owner but decided to try out this place because the prices looked pretty fair . The process went smooth and my new car is nice . Matt is the sales rep who helped me and he was very pleasant to work with .
(May 15, 2020, 9:28 am)Drove by 1100 S Military location and saw a really nice Tacoma pickup CHEAP !!! Wasn’t looking for a new ride but worked with Matt and couldn’t pass up the deal !!! He was easy to work with , had awesome finance options and even got us a fantastic price on an extended service contract ( warranty) . If your looking for a used car that’s of good quality and VERY low price I highly recommend Matt at Auto City Chesapeake. Great dude , my husband and I are more than pleased.
