Ashley was excellent and made the process so easy. I highly recommend Cherry Carpet, they were able to get my carpet in record time and schedule it at my convenience. The carpet installers were professional and did an awesome job! They moved all my furniture and put it back in the same spot. They vacuumed everything and even took their shoes off while installing! Ashley even called to make sure everything went well and we were satisfied.

Our entire experience with Cherry Carpet was outstanding. Ashleigh was very helpful in assisting us with carpeting our upstairs bedroom. The installers were professional and extremely courteous.The workmanship was flawless. They arrived at the scheduled time. They worked without interruption, picked up afterwards and even vacuumed. Excellent choice in your carpet needs. Cherry Carpet meets all expectations and more! We highly recommend them!

We recently had our family room re-carpeted. I used the interactive tools on the Cherry Carpet website to select the type carpet and color. Uploading a photo of the room and being able to place the color into the photo was an excellent way to see first hand how it will look. I called Cherry Carpet and talked with Eric who was very helpful. It was arranged to have someone come to our house to measure in just a few days. Ashleigh did our measurements and brought samples for us to ensure we liked the material and the color. The carpeting we chose was not in stock currently but Ashleigh advised she would check on the status for us. In about about 10 days a crew came to do the install and they were friendly, professional and did a great job. We will be heading to Cherry Carpet for the next flooring project. It was a good experience for us.

I am president of a 40 unit condominium in downtown Norfolk. We just finished a major common area update including painting, lighting and CARPET. We are extremely pleased with the end result. Cherry Carpet (Heather in particular) was exceptionally helpful in assisting us attain our vision. She brought in a factory manufacturer's rep who worked with our Board to narrow the choices that could be put to a vote by our owners. They worked with us and our designer from start to finish and sent a great team of installers (Dennis & Alex) whose work was fast, neat, & professional. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish even with supply chain challenges. They could not have been easier to work with and anticipated all our questions. We would highly recommend Cherry Carpet for your project, be it personal or commercial, small or big.

I contacted Cherry Carpet & Flooring on May 23rd with a plea: Can you possibly recarpet 3 bedrooms, stairs and hallway ASAP before our furniture arrives on June 7? Several other companies had told me it couldn't be done, but Ashleigh at Cherry pulled out all the stops to make it happen. She came out the next day with samples of in-stock carpet and bid the job pronto, worked with her management to get it scheduled, and together they made it happen--within 8 days, which included the Memorial Day Holiday! The installers were wonderful--super fast, super skilled, and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with the job. Plus, they were extremely nice guys who genuinely cared about doing a good job. Five stars from me. Great company and people!
