There was an occasion during my time with Draeger that my car was worked on by a mechanic who caused a violation on the unit. Carlos worked with me to make sure that all of the necessary paperwork was transferred to ASAP to make sure nothing counted against me, which I sincerely appreciated! Also, I would like to mention how great Sonia with the Draeger in Hampton was as well. Due to timing she originally did the installation and I also saw her once more. She was also very professional and timely. The way these two folks work a schedule is incredible for the amount of business they do, and I never had any problems with the machine.
