“Carlos with Draeger in Portsmouth, Va was extremely professional and timely for every appointment. It turned out to be the best experience one could hope to have, considering the circumstances. There was an occasion during my time with Draeger that my car was worked on by a mechanic who caused a violation on the unit. Carlos worked with me to make sure that all of the necessary paperwork was transferred to ASAP to make sure nothing counted against me, which I sincerely appreciated! Also, I would like to mention how great Sonia with the Draeger in Hampton was as well. Due to timing she originally did the installation and I also saw her once more. She was also very professional and timely. The way these two folks work a schedule is incredible for the amount of business they do, and I never had any problems with the machine. If you need an interlock in the Hampton Roads area, I would recommend Carlos and Sonia with Draeger. They were both fantastic!”
