“Just signed a lease here and moving next month. After seeing reviews, I would highly suggest that security is hired all year round or close the gates 24/7 and have residents use a key card or code pad to get in. Since I am moving alone, it makes me a bit nervous to know that there have been car break ins or homeless people roaming in the complex at night. Parking should also be addressed to where residents have assigned spots with car tags or stickers to avoid inconvenience. These need to be address for the amount of rent residents pay. I also feel that trash should be included or water because the rent is very high to be located in an area that is not so nice. They tell you that trash is included but you're actually paying $20/month for their "valet trash service". In the end, I am excited to move because it is very nice!”

She went to back several times looking for what I wanted, finally found it! I was so happy it was so hot that day!
