Quickly helped me set up a test drive and a few days later I came back and got the car. He even accommodated my work schedule and let me come in before they regularly open to make sure I got my vehicle. There were some issues during the process on my end and Jesse was very patient and helped me throughout the entire thing. Also a very friendly and easy going guy. Did his absolute best to make sure I got the car with a good rate. Didn’t cut any corners or try to take advantage of me since it was my first time buying a car and even gave me tips for the future. Everyone else at JP motors were just as helpful and friendly. They all made me feel very welcome and eased my nerves. I ended up getting a great car at a great price. I had bought a pair of shoes for a wedding. And, having cash on me. I paid cash. And put the receipt in my wallet. Just in case I needed to return them. Which, I did need to. So. I proceed to the service desk. And produce the receipt from my wallet. To my disbelief. Most of the ink on the purchase number had been rubbed away from the friction in my wallet. But, despite the very limited information I could them. The manager there at the time, Sang. Was able to look it up and provide me with my refund. She went above and beyond. And thats how customer service is supposed to be. I will keep coming back here. Just because of this one interaction. And recommend anyone else as well.”
