James River Transportation

We used a James River Bus to see Christmas tacky lights in Richmond. The tour was fantastic and Dave (the tour guide, 21 year army vet) was very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend James River tours for tacky christmas light tour

3/27 I was parent/chaperone on field trip with my daughters middle school to Wash DC.....we had bus #155 with HB. He was excellent....personality great, let us know about his self he would get us were we need to be and home safely, which he did...

Excellent company to do business with. Sheila was very understanding with the multiple changes that were made to the itinerary. Ms. Courtney was an amazing driver that accommodated all of our requests. I would absolutely hire James River Transportation again! Sales Associate Lynn B. was very helpful getting our two charters organized. I had to reach out numerous times to update our time frames and destinations. It was never a problem. She had things updated within minutes and back to me for review and signature. I will use James River Transportation, again, without hesitation!

I cannot say enough good things about James River Transportation! Everyone is so kind and professional. I was fortunate enough to attend a Tacky Light Tour this past December and it was amazing. The office staff was very knowledgeable, kind and very flexible when it came to planning our trip. We had to reschedule due to weather and all went smoothly. Our driver was outstanding and the bus was clean and warm. I would book them again without hesitation. They are the best in their business!
