This was my first visit to this store. They were very accomodating from the moment I walked in. Had an insurance change I had to tell about before getting new CPAP items. Went quickly. Erika was most helpful in fitting me with a new mask & headgear. Was pretty much assured insurance would cover it all and was told when I could return for more supplies.

Carlos was able to pick up equipment the day after I called. Was very professional and friendly. It’s nice to meet great people.Thank you.

The patience your representative showed was outstanding and fun to learn how to operate the sleep machine and the app .devonne was detailed in her approach ,I might have a good chance of feeling better. as soon as i got home i set the machine up and slept a couple of hours before going to work. It may be to soon ,but i felt better already .

Great and friendly staff. They took the time to make sure I understood everything about my equipment even though this was not my first time with the same model.
