I would say that I had a 10 out of 10 experience buying a vehicle from Mike Duman Auto Sales. Being a first-time buyer, I was very hesitant because I had no idea what I was doing but Mervis Knight made sure I felt comfortable and he explained every detail clearly. Any questions I had, he explained in a way in which I would understand! Very patient! Very nice! Very Reliable! I purchased my second vehicle from them last week and my experience was just as good as the first time I walked in to buy my first car!

Today I went to look at a Subaru Forrester, but I was really not all that excited about it. After speaking for a bit with my salesperson, Ebony Smith, about my life and what I was looking for in a car she suggested that I look at a similarly-priced Hyundai Santa Fe. It actually turned out to be the perfect choice, and I never would’ve thought of it had she not mentioned it. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Also, the finance team was great. You feel none of the “high pressure“ sale tactics that you find at other dealerships. I highly recommend visiting Ebony (and the Mike Duman team) for your next car.

Outstanding experience! I had the pleasure of working with Micheal and Rob, couldn't be happier with my Ford Explorer Pick up.
