He took his rime with me and talked about all the features that the vehicle had, he made sure I understood what I was signing and he also help me pick out the best plan for me. I took my Buick in for its yearly servicing and tire rotation and oil change. I did need to purchase THEIR windshield wipers in order to pass my inspection. That’s understandable. I only with they had put the control back on the mileage display, as I had some difficulty trying to return it to its original state after they inspected the car. However, they did a great job in a timely fashion and I was happy.

Had a great experience with Duke GMC in Suffolk. Friendly staff no rush or pushy sales tactics. Best of all no mark up on new vehicle inventory!!!! Even got a military discount. If dealers take advantage of you now in this current market, it truly shows how they do business and they are not to be trusted. Take your business to Duke and let those other dealers with 5-10K mark ups over MSRP close up shop.
